Form 10 is supposed to be filed very shortly.The exact Day was not Given But I suspect we will see some Stock movement when its does.

PS Anybody else Hearing Talk on there Fixed Wireless Loop this is suppose to be big for Cmec.
George is keeping pretty Quite on it.(wireless)
