FASC, I got confirmation late Friday, the announcement will be on some PATENTS they recently acquired. The company is basically debt free. They say they already have interested parties. They said no comment on the Japanese rumors floating around about possible buyers for this machinery. FASC is not the same old company. New management, new direction, new philosophy. News is expected to be out on Tuesday is what I am being told by the company. We could also see something in reference to the Video on Demand site and the recent negotiations of the GoldencoinCasino.com site which they were going to sell. goldencoincasino.com This Golden Casino site was still linked to FASC web site as of two weeks ago. It looks to me the site is officially sold. The company did tell me the PR release is a big PR and will have numerous updates in it to wet everyone's appetite.
