This will speed up the possibilities of "no slowdowns" due to gov't regulations and monopolistic preoccupations.

Less monopolistic attitudes mean less government interventions to crop the entire spectrum every time AT&T gains ground. Sounds real good to me! Art, Ed, Mike, Craig, Tenn, the rest? Comments?
