The amazing thing is that the Street has supported almost every secondary from recent Internet IPO's that ran to ballistic valuations. It's a new game - get tons of VC money, put out a BS IPO at $16 per share then do your secondary at $70 and get some real bucks. Let's see, 4 million shares at $16 is $64 million and 3 million at $70 is $210 million. Which is more important? Time for the IPO companies to tell their underwriters to take a hike and sell directly to the public for their market value up front. No telling where WBVN is headed but the whole phenomenon is a serious LOL experience. Rock 'n roll.
