Mad2,
If I come across as being defensive, it's because I am constantly put on the defensive by comments that are either slanted too far to the negative side or are outright lies. I am open to having a peaceful and honest discussion about the pros and cons of an investment in Gum Tech, or any other stock for that matter. Unsubstantiated and completely false claims of fraud, allegations that Gum Tech lied in its press release about its orders, exaggerations about the implications of warrants that were issued three or four years ago, and playing mental war games with investors, etc., will not elicit a friendly response from me.
Short term issues caused GUMM to fall to 14 from 19, and I believe that the stock has overreacted for the reasons already stated. These issues have nothing to do with the long term fundamentals of the company, and IMO, investor confidence will eventually return and the stock will go up.
In response to your challenge, I'd have to know what I am apologizing for before I can agree to it. If I am proven wrong about the future fundamentals of Gum Tech, then I will post this and avoid the Dog Pound. I will not however, apologize for taking a stand against Wexler's fraud claims, other unsubstantiated lies, and mental war games. Please let me know what you have in mind and I'll consider it.
Regards,
Dan |
