Well, well, WELLLLLL! Now aren't YOU the good little reporter to the thread. STARS ON YOUR CHART, DARLIN'

Could we POSSSSSSIBLY be detecting a chink in your Y2K Alarm is hogwash armour beginning to emerge, miss karen (or is it mrs?)

Don't bother to answer. We all know what that reply will be. Something about you've got your pickled mangoes handy I believe?<g>

First I find Koski's admission that it would take 3 days or so to "know" if the power grids fail to be tacit admission that communications will also be down due to power grid failure. Otherwise that bastard-in-charge would know within 30 seconds or less.

Second,
just WHO is that lying piece of dog poop going to report his "power grid assessment" to?

And just EXACTLY how long does he expect that communication to take? Boston Marathoner's on standby? Or are we just going to import the wondrous black runners from deepest Africa to provide "communication" by handcarried letter?... which then begs the crippling gasoline shortage question...and the totally crippled Postal Pigeon system???

Yes, Fred is right...the closer 12/31/99 comes, the harder it is going to be to lie about it...or at least the harder it will be to lie to all the people all the time, and with a perfectly straight face no less.

'cuse me...gotta PUUUUUUUuuuuuuKE...again!
