Now that DOJ has approved the WIND/INTS merger, the really tough part begins. Last week Business Week had a couple of articles about the significant problems of merging two entirely different cultures at DaimlerChrysler.

I'm hoping that having a new outside CEO at WIND and bringing in other outside people like the new V.P. Marla Stark will help avoid these problems for WIND and INTS. Seems to me this should make it more palatable for the INTS folks.
