Bernard, Cuba won't be far behind the rest of the world in ditching communism. Lots of financial rewards are awaiting Cuba once Castro has been ousted. The Country could make a fortune merely by becoming a farm system for major league beisbol <ggg>, not to mention tourism and other developments.

To my knowledge, Cuba has one of the most educated populations on earth and would do well to persue the footstpeps of the economic trend that Ireland and India are currently experiencing, an economic revival built merely from the strengh of an educated population lacking economic opportunities until now. Additionally, with the economies of Argentina and Brazil showing strength of late, the entire region South of our border is looking more and more attractive for the new millenium.

UD. dijo PARTY (as in celebration)? Con mucho gusto, count me in.
