I am keeping up with some more trivials: Amzn IPO'd 3M shares; thereafter 2for1 in 5/98, 3for1 in 1/99 and 2for1 in 9/99. Total original float 36M shares. Amzn's current float, 133M shares. Insiders and bond-holders unloaded 97m shares so far. Amzn's current outstanding, 341M shares. Current short interest; 29M shares. The supply/demand curves are "shifting". I think that the good days are over unless something fundamental happens.
