Let it be noted that I have asked several times for a explanation of how Intel's deal with Gateway differs from Coke's deal with McDonalds and all you have been able to present is the suspicion that Intel must be doing something wrong, even if we don't know what it is, can't define it and have no evidence to present about it. To use your analogy, even if we can't see it, can't watch it walk and can't hear it quack, it still must be a duck because you just really want it to be a duck and your buddies really want it to be a duck to so by majority vote, it's a duck.

So if a non-duck wasn't in the forest in the first place and nobody was there to hear it anyway even if it was there which it wasn't , did it still not quack even if we all really wanted to believe it did?
