100cfm, that's certainly possible, but I'm not sure that the magazine would be the focus or concern of the FTC. If HSR issues could be resolved with that lamb, we stockholders could, I think, accept that fairly easily without believing that a core part of the business model had been ripped out thereby materially diminishing GMST's earnings leverage in the upcoming five years.
Again, my concern would be that the FTC addresses the space where, if my understanding is correct, GMST will have some sort of monopoly--not so much the mechanism to negotiate the TV/Web space, however delivered--but the portal through which the TV/Web consumer will peer through to all his/her viewing possibilities and also have to peer at GMST enabled streaming and "electronic billboard" space. I don't know if you or others on this board with more history and familiarity with the company, e.g., NY Stew, share any of that concern. If not, my own would likely be lessened! <g>
