We can only try and read between the lines as the "lines" are vague at best. From Kevin's email I conclude that the whole 601 program is totally up the air and ditto for his payment on the goods already sent over there. He is hoping for some good news from the Duma.....LOL there. Ted, correct if I a wrong, but the holos sent over there so far were for liquor bottles and that program is 100% dead and the Russians don't want to pay for stuff they don't need. And why shoukd they if the L/C is dead as the bank covering the L/C is dead and no one in Russia is going to pick up the tab.
