Rob,

There are some daily share and dollar volume limits, but no one seems to know what they are.

I'm currently not sure how capable the online trading system is under the program in question. Officially, you can't do same-day buys and sells of the same stock online. You have to call in the other side and you have to keep track of the accounting. (It can be a pain.) Unofficially, I'm not sure. Some users may have more capabilities than others during the roll-out of additional features.

Some of these highly desirable capabilities are supposed to roll-out starting in the first quarter. Options are also on the slate for sometime next year.

The annual fee is calculated as 1% of equities and .3% of fixed income assets, assessed and determined quarterly.

One plus is that maintenance margin requirements have pretty much remained unchanged on internet stocks.
