Intracor and Cycle:

It is the misleading sales statements outlined in my other post that make many so suspicious of this announcment. At best, the buyers are real and well intentioned, but completely unaware of IMDS's management's questionable past. That would be unfortunate for them. Certainly, people will be more comfortable after getting their hands on audited SEC (or canadian equivalent) reports showing that Intracor and Cycle are real companies with substantial assets and that they are significant players in the medical market. Phone calls and brand new, incomplete web sites won't cut it.

Once the audited filings verify the validity of the buyers, it will not negate the fact that the company has announced many such "sales" in the past that never come to fruition. The actual terms (and how binding they are) cannot be determined from a press release. And, of course, if the company never delivers a machine, no contract will be binding.

Healthy skepticism is totally appropriate given the hype delivered in the past. Don't be angry with posters who ask to see the goods before paying.
