Also, even though it's the customers that use my product, I am not a strong marketer. SI undermined some of my marketing by asking me to remove a link to an SI message that was posted on the browsemaster.com web site. Although there is a strong core of very enthusiastic BrowseMaster users, there weren't enough BrowseMaster customers to make the business worth the time I put into it. Having SI undermine my marketing efforts reinforced my decision to stop selling BrowseMaster. Why should I spend a lot of time on a product that will increase usage of a web site that is undermining my business?
