Say huh? I don't see any sour grapes in my last post (the one on how silly software patents can be.)

Thanks for reassurance on Wolzien patent.

Wolzien patent has nothing to do with the Amazon.com patent. Wolzien has to do with server push of some sort if I remember correctly. Amazon patented the use of "one-click" shopping, where the user doesn't have to input their information because the company already keeps it in their database.

The Amazon patent is ridiculous and should never have been granted. I'm hoping that since Amazon uses cookies to track users and IATV wouldn't that we could do "one-click" shopping without infringing on their patent.

My recollection is he had 100 shares on margin which he was forced to sell many points ago.
