Did you even read the press release that you posted? The FTC did not take issue with Quigley's claims that are substantiated with their clinical study. Gee, man...do you really think that anybody falls for your negative hype? Do you really think that anyone will take you seriously when you so obviously distort press releases that are right before everyone's eyes? That press release doesn't have anything to do with Zicam from a regulatory perspective and the only people that read it are a handful of investors.
