Now I've found out from your CREDIT dept that a check
was made by calling me and nobody answered my phone
that's why they cancelled the order. Does it mean I
have to sit next to my phone for the next 12 days and
wait for your call? The call was made 12 days after
I've won the bid. And there was only one phone call
made.

Another statement made by the CREDIT dept was that
they checked the shipping address and it does not
jive. "JIVE"? What is "jive"? The shipping address is were I always ship my
orders from Amazon, Onsale and Firstauction. I have no
problems with this shipping address because it is at my
wife's office and somebody is always there to receive
any deliveries.
If I have it delivered to my house (my billing address;
see profile), nobody would sign for the receipt
because they usually deliver during office hours.
Does that make sense?

What right do you have to cancel somebody's order that
was made legally thru you? And why wouldn't you answer
my emails if you knew that I was not next to my phone
when you called? It was after office hours when you called. Phone and email! Use them! I have
been sending you my emails. And all I get are those
canned answers.

The "lady" also said that they couldn't pull out my
order information because they were changing
(rigging?) something in the files.

The "lady" in your CREDIT dept hanged up when I ask
that I talk to her supervisor. Why?

I am just one of your thousands of customers.
You have to fix this problem by shipping my order.
Any better idea than just ignoring me?

Here is the attached receipt:
