You sold a business to concentrate on another one. Well, sorry, when I hear that, I picture people who don't know the word "delegate" or "hire." If I have a business that is doing WELL, I hire someone to run it, with full authority, while I concentrate on other things. I don't know your business, so this is not personal, but in the case of RTIN clearly they made an idiotic move.

I've been investigating and consulting and thinking about my course of action all weekend. I have decided, and I told Tom, that if there is no PR by noon this Friday I will file a complaint with the SEC. That complaint will simply say that Mr. Swanson (one of them) STATED as FACT at a public shareholders meeting that the FB deal was DONE. Based on that, I have since bought many shares. That turned out to be NOT a fact. Therefore, I want my money back and I want punishment for Swanson. I spoke to an attorney yesterday, who, when he heard the facts, was totally amazed and said it's an open and shut case and suggested perhaps a civil action is one way to go. Further, I'm getting a strong perception or impression, which may or may not be true, that in fact, the deal WAS ready to got through on SEVERAL occasions, with funding at the ready, and that SAME Swanson killed it for HIS OWN PERSONAL BENEFIT, i.e., trying to get a better deal FOR HIMSELF, which, if I am not mistaken, is a violation of his fiduciary duty to SHAREHOLDERS, and is therefore, a CRIME. So, if the SEC steps in, maybe they will TEMPORARILY SUSPEND trading, which will be just enough to get rid of that POS Swanson. BUt hey, Swanson, you still have time to do the right thing and issue the PR...not any PR, but a PR confirming the deal. You are not above the law, your obligations are to us, the owner of your measly little company which is down to one measly little restaurant. IMO. Is this a threat?? No way. I am simply giving you some advance notice, which I don't have to do, of my exercising what is my right by law to do.
