"Present company excepted" is used to exclude those individuals involved in the discussion, sorry that was confusing. But do find it incredabily unbelievable that a negative could be weaved into ending a buy back. We don't even hear from most companies if they don't buy back what they set as the upper bounds. I believe Semtech is straight forward in their communications.
