I must agree with you. Judge PJ sets up a meeting between DOJ and MSFT. DOJ runs out and gets another law firm. I guess they think they are just trying to twist MSFT's arm, I simply view it as another ill-faith maneuver on their part. I can only surmise that Posner isn't very pleased with the timing either. This makes his job much harder. For me it just reinforces the belief that the Supreme Court will eventually get to settle this. Regards,
