Got the offer from Monsanto to buy the shares for $8.00. But they
gave me the option to keep them. I thought I would be forced to sell.

I am having a hard time making up my mine. I can not perceive what
will become of Calgene if only a few small owners of stock remain.
Will it remain a real entity? Will it make progress?

I will not be making money at the $8 a share and I just would like
to reduce my loses as much as possible.

Is anyone thinking about keeping their shares?
