absolutely agree. TLAB has always looked for Accretive acquistions. Even CIEN was such a target until ATT stepped in and interfered with the business structure.

And TLAB has been working in the ATM area, so why buy a NN for that fact? I dunno.

I was just reflecting the stock implications of such a merger.

Trust me, NN has a storied past within TLAB mgmt. circles and it isn't all that good. They have a bad rep. and such a merger is not an easy sell in house. I am not recommending it. Just the quirky street is fishing out like it is necessary for TLAB survival. We all know that to be further from the truth.

But if they can slam the stock to the 50's before running up to 100, more power to 'em.

And I can still hate 'em.
