Hi Kerry,

A precedence could have been created with this judgment. It would be interesting to see how a Canadian judge plans to use his authority given to him by OUR constitution in Boston (Massachussets,USA). To my knowledge, Raging Bull is NOT bound this judgment and should worry about it at this point because they are in a different jusrisdiction.

What this judgment does is set a first step towards regulating the Internet. Where will it lead us ?? Who knows! Who will use it?? Everyone who wants to force some regulation on the Net...

A brand new set of rules will have to be created, tested, modified, challenged and enforced....

WOW -- I sound like my teacher in one my classes "The History of Law"...

I'll be watching. Hey, why not specialize in the area of law... Surely not saturated YET !!

LOL ;-)

CK.
