Softlink (SFLK, 1 5/16,BB), the multimedia e-mail software provider that was our selection two weeks ago, reported that the 2rd fiscal quarter's revenues (ending Sept.30) nearly doubled from the prior quarter. The loss was greater, however, as the company is ramping up its expenses to keep up with demand. SFLK "introduced our new inChorus Pro product, which allows recipients to view messages on any platform with no plug-ins or players required and which we'll target to high-end corporate users. We significantly expanded our retail and OEM markets as well." SFLK also announced that Japan's TelSys Network licensed their voice and compression technology to enable users to send voice email messages to PC computers via their mobile phones." This stock is going quite a bit higher. |
