Richard: I don't think it is so much a gamble but when. The gamble is the commiting of funds which might be used at a lower price. I am impressed with the products and worried about skills in running a business. This can be corrected and as I have said, the implication is that this is in process. Selection of the correct management team and getting them in place in my estimation is at least six months late in being initiated. Hope Travelers is helping here because from what I have seen so far, until lately they had not given this a thought. To slow burn of funds, need to get people on relatively low salaries with options based on performance just like so many evolving companies are doing. John
