Hi Henk:

a) The market response to VOFDM is really dependent on
its selection by WCOM/FON for MMDS rollout. Note that
VOFDM has been tested successfully in Hong Kong.

b) There is little similarity between WOFDM and VOFDM,
except in the mind of Wi-Lan stockholders. Keep in mind
that OFDM has been around for a long time. I don't
understand all the hype surrounding Wi-Lan. Its
stockholders are being set up for a massive
disappointment. At best Wi-Lan will be a player in the
wireless LAN market, but I do not expect it will play
any role in the 3G/MMDS/LMDS arena.

c) How CAMP and ADAP will do really depends on WCOM/FON's
decision. It could even be argues that CAMP will do well
no matter what since it is more of a component maker and
the satellite segment of its business is doing very well.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy

PS: I do not advocate shorting any of the above stocks,
since the current market is not rational.
