Peter, hang on and I'll answer your questions. I'm squeezed timewise right now. But, in short, I've used NZRO for nearly a year and have had no difficulties except when the system has undergone upgrades, such as ZeroPort or switched dialup connection numbers. I've moved from Cambridge to New York and find the service equally satisfying from both cities. I'll try and get to your other questions when I have more time.
