Well, I did the best I could. As I remember it the Govt. Spokesperson was being interviewed about two weeks into the Serb bombings and someone asked about Iraq and the response was that there hadn't been a need to bomb them during this period because the Iraqis were not violating anything. That's as close as my memory can come to the gist of it and that is the only source I have at my disposal at the moment. There may well have been fly overs during this period and they didn't feel the need to mention it. Its a sure thing nobody thought to give me a phone call to tell me one way or the other.
