Dave, My main concern is the risk that it will all go away to some scrap dealer, sold for scrap copper, iron etc. by itinerant people with cutting torches. I would expect the motors and copper wire to go first. Mills are large lumps and will go last? How good is security? resident staff or a closed up abandoned building? Bill
