Major SprintPCS outage in many parts of the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 48 hours?

I don't know about San Francisco, but there were at least 3 outages of 1+ hour in New York City in last 6 weeks - during business hours, mostly on Fridays.

Also, he billing software and customer service has suffered a meltdown since approximately September. Before September, when we went over the invoice that our company received invoice, we checked it and sometimes found small (very minor) inaccuracies and they were resolved in quickly.

Now, it is hard to find items on the invoice that are correct. Our current arguments with Sprint are whether it is physically possible for a digital only phone (Qualcomm 1920) to work in analog mode outside of Sprint network (for which we should pay roaming charges) - Sprint claims that it is.

Another is whether Jamaica and Trinidad are international calls (Sprint claims they are not international, but charges as if they were). The word "international" is the key, since Sprint was supposed to (per our contract), but failed to block "international" calls.

What's interesting about this whole thing is that for about 12 months our company was with Sprint, the first 9 months were good, the last 3 months were a nightmare. You would expect the opposite. You would expect the growing pains early, and smooth sailing later on. This suggests that there is something very wrong going on with Sprint PCS.
