I will take that risk.

Options are an incentive plan, the harder management works, the more revenues generated, the greater the value of the stock.

The dilution would only occur when those options are exercised and I doubt that everyone who owns options will cash out at the same time. I think that the threat of serious dilution - to the point of affecting share price - is a little unrealistic at this point. Even more so as the stock price continues to rise. I realize that this did happen when Samuels cashed in at 17 but the price is much firmer now and will continue to strengthen in the near and distant future.

If you are truly worried about it - sell.
