Bron-y-aur, this is true about ASND/LU. But ASND was willing to wait to sell, and they strung together many good quarter in front of the buyout. NN has shown no ability to do this. The history of ASND was a rocket shot stock after the IPO, then they buy CSCC, and have two troubled quarters digesting them, then the combined company takes off again as ATM really heats up, then they sell at the right time. Some here have stated that LU really preferred NN to ASND, and made an offer that was refused. I don't believe this for one second, but if true, what a bonehead move that was. How many NN holders wouldn't prefer to be LU holders for the last 6 months? Gary
