Am I to understand that all rural citizens are idiots? I know it happens, particularly where farms have been Sovietized, but with a little imagination it need not happen. Rural folk have their holy days, festivals, and other traditions and diversions. Proficiency at crafts, knowing the land and animals, and survival skills are valuable knowledge. Come to the West and try the Cowboy Way for a while, you'll like it.
