For us slow learners, can anybody just explain in simplest terms how this Sun/Netscape/Spectrum thing affects CKFR?

When I first read it, it looked like a major step forward for Spectrum. And on second reading, it still does, despite the hype and the obvious false propaganda it contains. Specifically, this line: Currently, retail banks offer their consumers the ability to pay only a few of their bills online. Which is just a lie -- any bank using CKFR allows consumers the ability to pay ALL bills online.

Should I be concerned? Is Spectrum getting some traction after all?
