Are you saying that anti-trust is also anti-patent? My comment was for U.S. based companies. When a company gets so dominant that it can control it's sector, and it persists for a long time 10-100 years then it gets a close look from the anti-trust lawyers (Which doesn't mean it can't win the case). Even companies based in other countries will get close scrutiny for anti-dumping or other behavior. TP
