SC, sorry, but you are quite wrong. we are not talking about the actual bills that get printed, but about coupon passes and repo's, in other words additions to the fractional reserve banking system via money creation out of thin air. the monetary base is increasing at the fastest rate in this decade, and that is indeed what is fueling this market mania. regards, hb
