The range of 13 is good entry level to enter. as you know, the company's 50% or more revenue comes from oversea market. I don't see any decline in the company's expansion in oversea business. as the us market is stalled, revenue will mainly comes from overseas. but the stability of oversea market is very questionable. so there are risks, but the growth is certainly on the upside.
