Cambridge Neuroscience Announces Extension of Allergan Collaboration biz.yahoo.com The collaboration brings together Cambridge NeuroScience's nerve protection expertise and its library of ion channel blocking molecules with Allergan's research, development and commercialization expertise in the field of ophthalmology. The companies have also agreed to investigate the potential of some of the collaboration compounds for the treatment of pain. In addition to the $1.25 million, the agreement provides for potential milestones yielding up to $16 million to Cambridge NeuroScience as well as royalties on product sales.
