IDT is advertising for two channel support staff in the West:

The job description demonstrates they've learned a lesson: They are going to have people out there with the channel sellers giving support. This is definitely a step in the right direction.

Two notes on the link: The "apply online" function was not working a few minutes ago, and I would spell "independent" without an "a" in the last syllable.
