Rudedog - Just some thoughts on the new Rambus equipped PC's. I was interested in buying one, but after checking prices and performance (especially against the 133mhz VIA equipped Micron machine), I don't know that the price difference is worth it right now. Dell is getting about 700 bucks more for Rambus machines as compared to SDRAM equipped boxes with roughly similar speed MPU's. Then the kicker, I checked out 128MB memory upgrades on both - you can upgrade SDRAM for $223, but it costs a THOUSAND dollars for an additional 128MB of 400mhz Rambus memory.

Regards,
John
