Vi, coupon passes, repo's and the latest thing are liquidity options...the Fed becoming a pretty big derivatives dealer in the process. originally the liquidity was meant to help avoid a drying up of liquidity due to Y2K. instead it has fed the stock market bubble to new heights of absurdity...ah well.
