Read post TMRT 5989 on RB! If you sold your TMRT stock at a loss, please obtain copies of the "Truthseeker Report" pertaining to 2themart.com. Also get copies of all the Bloomberg reports that these Truthseeker Reports refer to. Please then go to SI and get all copies of Floydies' posts pertaining to his group shorting TMRT. Look for ones bragging about "selling at this price and covering at that." It is possible to gather a group of lawyers and we could see if a jury agrees that you who sold your TMRT stock at a loss because of the Truthseeker reports were cheated out of your stock by possible deception. If we can prove that "floydie", Truthseeker, and all aliases were shorting this stock and supplying Bloomberg News with information about the same stock for negative articles at the same time, I think that some people will have some explaining to do. Did "Floydie,etc." supply Dave Evans at Bloomberg with information for his articles on TMRT? Let's drag everyone into court and let the judge and jury sort it out. Maybe that little exclusion denying authenticity at the bottom of Bloomberg reports won't be enough to cover since they may have used the same source over and over and they allowed the Truthseeker Report to refer to those articles. As a side note for pure entertainment...What if Flodyie, etc. has to testify about his background and in front of God and everybody he has to talk about the possible "non-payment of a penile implant"? That alone is worth the price of admission. I can work on this possible legal action more after the first of the year. Stay tuned.
