Log Point Becomes a Reporting Company
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 1999--Log Point Technologies Inc., a California-based computer-related technology corporation (''Log Point'') (OTCBB:LGPT - news), announced it electronically filed its Form 10SB-A with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, Dec. 3, 1999 including financial statements for year ended June 30, 1999. Simultaneously, Log Point filed its Form 10Q-SB for the first quarter ended Sept. 30, 1999.
Log Point became effective as a reporting company on Oct. 18, 1999 and is currently in compliance with the filing requirements of the Commission.
