I stayed in the same hotel as the meeting. I went down to the 3rd floor the evening before to check things out. They had a smaller room than last year (probably because they had only about 40 people last year), and it was set up with 60 chairs. The hotel employees were in there setting it up. I saw that and also saw the room could easily hold about 10 more chairs. I went back to my room, thought about it for a few minutes then went back to the room, acted like I was somebody important and asked them to put in 10 more chairs, which they did. As it turned out, over 70 people (hey, the stock is UP this year) attended and, while there were a few people standing, there were a couple of open chairs too. Much better than delaying the meeting while more chairs are brought in. (You're welcome Diana!). What % of atendees went on the plant tour?>> My guess is most of them.
