While I'm not quite as wild about FGH as the Sarge, (but who is?) I do think it will come out of its slump.

Two big problems -- lack of orders and lack of investor confidence. Ironically, it may be more difficult to win investors (and customer) confidence again than it will be to obtain orders.

Of course, a rising order book will go a long way to making people forget about the past.

Can it go lower? Maybe, but I think the risk reward is favorable at this time. Are there others in the oil patch that will move higher, faster? Probably. But FGH could easily move to the high teens after tax loss selling and with a nice dose of the January effect -- plus toss in an order or two and a favorable conclusion to the Ocean Rig fisaco. I think there is a fair chance the Brazilian rig will never be built, however.
