In LONDON story of Dec 5 headlined ``Video Networks in sports rights deal' please read first para as follows:

...Video Networks Ltd, which... and not ...Video Network Communications Inc (NasdaqSC:VNCI - news), which... (correcting name of UK company which is unrelated to the U.S. incorporated company).

A corrected repetition follows.

LONDON, Dec 5 (Reuters) - Video Networks Ltd, which offers video-on-demand in London, is to announce a deal on Monday with sports right group Universal Sports Marketing to show live football and boxing, a newspaper said.

The Independent on Sunday said privately owned Video Networks, which is backed by French entrepreneur Bernard Arnault, was securing an extra 20 million pounds in financing to roll out its service using BT's (quote from Yahoo! UK & Ireland: BT.L) new ADSL telephone technology.
