Sorry, Steve, didn't mean to pull your chain quite so violently. . .
However:
<I am embarrassed to say that it appears that my layman point of view is not at all adequate for you recent visitors to this thread, Mr Fish, so I do hope you gentlemen do your DD and give us something more than just unoriginal cynicism.>
Speaking of DD have you looked at any of this company's SEC filings? There's a SB2 filed in December registering globs and blobs of new shares.
But in regards to ILNK's technology and business the only product I see mentioned is something called Fax4Less. Nothing at all about providing voice services. And the Fax4Less is aimed at business customers apparently. The Fax4Less product does sound interesting. The company does plan to offer this service using TCP/IP over the Internet. Exactly how it's gonna work I can't say exactly from reading the document. The talk of partnering with existing ISPs though indicates that it's only gonna work if both fax machines have IP addresses, i.e., both sender and receiver are gonna have to have an account with some kind of ISP in order for it to work.
< We would really like to hear your spin on the technology AFTER you have investigated something more than just my feeble description of it.>
See above.
<Never fear, I will no longer attempt to describe I-Link's technology. I am obviously not qualified,>
I'll let this stand on its own merits. < I-Link is ready, My Friend, to POUNCE on this industry.>
I really suggest you do some due diligence and look at the SB2 I mentioned concerning the new shares, warrants, etc., etc., and the "Selling Shareholders" and rethink who is going to pounce upon whom. |
