It may actually be less than 10% dilution. I don't see the actual number of shares listed in the prospectus and the stock is moving up nicely now. By the time of the offering, it may be as little as 3.7 million shares. The important thing is the quality of the investment bankers now backing IATV. The stock is currently bumping up against the all time high as I type.
