Well, good on Mr Hess, and on JK and yourself for getting right on this.
Hard to believe they would even briefly consider hiding such crucial information, but if they can see the light with the ruckus only starting, good on 'em.

While we're on a roll, and Mr Hess is inviting 'additional concerns', how about this one - Subject 18653 ... i'd like to hear Kaiser address the question of just when we should begin to post insider trades in realtime
... personally i like yesterday for a date.

Here's a concern that doesn't involve the cdnx directly, but goes straight to the heart of the free speech question - Subject 32097
... this sort of thing makes me ashamed for my country.
